Training & Meal Plans

We believe in fueling the body with whole, nutritious foods.  Rather than stripping the body of calories, we work to optimize the body's metabolic burn through meal timing, consistency, and proper nutrition.

Our Meal Plans include customized nutrition, complete meal breakdowns, food lists, example meals, suggested supplementation, and weekly checkins help to keep you on track -- and to keep your metabolism rockin'!

As far as your Nutrition goes, meals are set around macros, but it is not simply “hit your macros.”  We don’t like MyFitnessPal, so there won’t be any tracking with that or calculating.  You will be eating whole [unprocessed], nutritious foods, and will eat to FUEL your body, not starve it!

How one-on-one training with Team Vitruvian works:  If you do your part, we'll do ours.  We work from our home gym, and have limited availability.  We will schedule your workouts at the beginning of each week, and will allot for a time to complete a full workout. (Approximately 1 hour)
