What will your life gain with Tyler & Bailey as your coaches? Muscle, Friends, and Knowledge.

 

Muscle- If you use Tyler and Bailey's instruction on workout tips alone, I would bet that your workouts and pumps would increase, but pair that with their wisdom about food, metabolism, and timing, and watch the results stack up.

 

Friendship- I met Tyler about 5 years ago in a crowded gym in Arizona, He has never been anything but caring and sincere since the moment we met-always rooting for me and looking out for my best interests (even during a time period when i was not his "client") and Bailey is the exact same way. Both are very genuine, grounded human beings.

Knowledge- If you listen to Tyler and Bailey, you absolutely will learn about how the human body functions- and what it needs to function optimally. When others ask me how long I've been working out, I don't even count the amount of time I wasted before really learning correct range of motion and proper dieting from Tyler and Bailey. I credit all of my "workout knowledge" to these two.

My experience with The Moore Way's nutrition has made the world of difference for me. It doesn’t matter how hard you train if you’re missing the nutritional piece of the puzzle. I tried cool sculpting, light therapy, every FAT burner pill imaginable but nothing worked. Tyler’s meal plan /macros has been the best most effective addition to my daily routine. It’s easy, it works and I’ve never been more pleased with the outcome!

How has TMW impacted my life? The questions  is not something that can easily be put into words. 

 

Tyler and I have been friends for 15+ years and 5 years and counting with my training. This guy is not only a friend within your fitness desires catering to your individual needs but a friend outside of your fitness life too. I'm talking about the days, months, or years you physically and mentaly live under a rock he is always there to shovel you out when you're ready to be. Read that again, when you are ready to be. He only pushes you if give power to push. He's not holding your hand or telling you the easy way to win. He created TMW with purpose and with Bailey in the mix only adds passion to their mission to help educate the fitness industry. 

 

I could sit here and write a book about me and my personal struggles being a single mom working 80+ hrs a week dealing with mental health issues and family, finances... the list goes on.  Within that list I do work towards my own fitness goals and do it while trusting the TMW system. The system isn't workout everyday and eat your veggies. It's being held accountable and showing up. TMW teaches you just that. TMW gives you the knowledge you need the confidence to strive they are your partnership holding you accountable on your struggling days. 

VF has kept my life and fitness on track and I appreciate both Bailey and Tyler more than they are given credit for!

I can’t say enough good things. The Moore Way has given me the knowledge to make the best choices (or not) for my body. Training is always positive and encouraging while pushing me to do my personal best and showing me that I’m stronger than I think. I learn new things about training or nutrition with every session and have seen changes for the better in my body and health. I’m not always perfect in my choices but am being taught that I can still make progress if I stay focused on my overall goals. I came across Bailey and The Moore Way in 2018, when I had the growing desire to compete in a bikini competition. I had begun training with another coach, but they couldn't provide me with the added nutritional piece for my plant-based needs; enter Bailey. From the moment I met her I knew that she and I would be a good fit and I left our first meeting excited, inspired, and ready to GO! Over the months, we met once per week and she provided me with various training and meal plans that transformed my body, all while still feeling like I had energy as opposed to some of the horror stories I've heard from others that have competed.

 

Unfortunately, I had to put the competition on hold, but I do have plans to jump back in once the timing is fully right, and I will be seeking out TMW once again when I do. And the beauty of it all is that they will work with you in-person or online!

 

Also, know that when you work with Bailey you get the added bonus of Tyler, who is a beast and wealth of knowledge in his own right. I've had many insightful bodybuilding and life conversations with him.
