5 Sets To Wellness

This quick workout is designed to get the body up and moving!  Suitable for all shapes, sizes, and ages.

Perform first thing in the morning, drinking water in between sets to start the day hydrated and full of happy hormones (endorphins!)

Routine: aim to perform with no rest between movements; repeat 5 times

Arm Circles*

15 Small, Forward

15 Small, Back

15 Big, Forward

15 Big, Back

Glute Bridges*

20 squeezes

Leg Lifts*

20 lifts, 10 each leg
