Here at The Moore Way, our goal is to strive to help our clients achieve their personal best.  Whether this means bettering your health through good nutrition, building solid muscle for everyday life, or simply having enough energy to play with your grandchildren, we've got your back!
 

The Moore Way is living a lifestyle that promotes good health, optimal metabolism and better body function!

 

Our programming is designed to work with YOU in a way that is manageable, enjoyable and conducive to your individual goals.


In our nutrition programming, we believe in fueling our bodies with whole, nutritious foods in a way that is satisfying and sustainable.  With focuses on proper portioning, good gut health, and wholesome food sources, we'll get your body performing like a well-oiled machine!

Our fitness programming depends largely on the individual.  The MOORE Way’s favorite form of fitness is weightlifting (aka resistance training) and this is for good reason!  Building muscle (via resistance training) also builds the metabolism, which helps the body function better overall.  Muscle has an impact on digestion, physical food storage (energy tends to store in muscle rather than as fat) and cardiovascular health.  We like to use cardio as a way to expedite fat loss, but the main goal is to improve overall body composition to a point that is sustainable for years to come and that’s achieved best through making muscle!


We offer both online and in-person coaching.

Tyler is a competitive bodybuilder (NPC Classic Physique) with background in athletics, a former youth coach, and has spent over a decade perfecting his craft and gaining knowledge about the human body, health, and fitness.  Although he has a wide variety of skills, his specialty is putting on muscle, pulling off unwanted fat, and teaching his clients how to live a lifestyle conducive to their individual goals!

He has prepared clients for stage, rehabbed muscular imbalances, cured years of joint pain (knee, low back, elbows, etc.) and revamped mindsets.  He truly believes the body achieves what the mind believes, so BELIEVE IT!

Bailey has been a fitness fanatic for quite some time.  She is a firm believer that food is the best form of medicine and movement the best form of therapy.  With a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Arizona, a background in personal training, and a love for promoting good health, she aims to lead clients on the path of healthy (and sustainable!) living.

 

Bailey is competitive in bodybuilding (NPC bikini) and is passionate about teaching women how to shape their bodies (and minds!) via nutrition and training.
